Do you check in with yourself? Do you make time for yourself? If you do not, you should start! You need to get alone with you! Even if it's just a bath, a walk or go for a drive alone! Maybe even go on a over night stay in a hotel! You need time for you! Take time off from your everyday worries, family, job or concerns. Self care is very important and needed to maintain a healthy life. You can not give to others what you don't have for yourself! You and your needs are important too! Sometimes we give so much to others and then they let us down. We loose ourselves loving others so much that if they leave us, we don't know how to go on without them! Stay focus on your dreams and passions. Work on them! While being there for others! So make sure that you check in with you at least once a week to have a healthy balance life!
